I have tried several different night guards both off the shelf and custom fit by a dentist for a few hundred $$$. This one beats them all... hands down! The smaller of the 2 guards that come in this package is far more comfortable to wear, but even the larger one isn't too bad if you don't have a choice like your dog eating the other one. Either way, buy these RIGHT NOW! If you suffer from bruxism (teeth grinding) like I do. Easy to fit by boiling and biting. Don't waste your time to save $10.. seriously just buy these and don't think twice like I did initially.

Horrifying and probably dangerous

I followed the instructions and moulded one of the two guards in the package to my mouth, but it was absolutely gigantic and hurt my lips. Directions said to wear it for awhile to get used to it. Though I could barely sleep, I kept trying. After a few weeks, my lips became so irritated that they were raw and scraped. Then the product began oozing a gross liquid at night from the molded plastic! After 2 nights of this, I felt like I was being poisoned, so I stopped using it, of course, and decided to return it to Amazon, only to learn that my "100% guarantee" was only for 1 month and that the "company" that makes this is an individual who has no responsibility whatsoever and leaves it to Amazon to make partial refunds- maybe.

This is your mouth and your body, so don't take any chances. Get a mouthpiece from a professional who has some legal and ethical responsibility to make sure it's right - and safe. Don't buy this piece of junk!

Worth the money

I bought this mouth guard kit for my GF. She is a small woman and the small mouth guard worked better. We had to boil it twice to get a good fit. It works really well for the price. This is a way better option than the 400$ ones the dentist try to make you buy. She grind ed her teeth every night and kept waking me up. Now with this product no more girding and it works great. You have to make sure when your boil the guard to adjust it for your mouth. You SHOULD NOT bit down real hard. Bit down lightly as long as your teeth fit comfortably and the guard does not fall off when you open your mouth. Use your fingers to push down the guard to adjust it for your teeth. Over all great product for price.

The dentist wants $220 for the same thing

Have been grinding teeth a bit due to financial times, this will help for sure

Sleepless Night Guard

I attempted to use the Dental Hygiene Preferred Complete Day/Night Mount Guard -- without success. Two guards were included -- to accommodate large or small mouths. Process for forming to fit mouth was smooth enough -- however it was just too bulky to sleep with the guard in place.
